My contribution for deenji's Hoenn Project

I Choose Duskull becasue it's probably my favorite pokemon of all the generations and, I actually think I'm gonna make a mega evolution for him for my fakedex. I also wanted to do something very evil and neon looking so I let my imagination go with this fan art .So yeah, if you haven't joined the Hoenn Project make sure you do!
